The chat at the bottom right of every page answers the question most people have first: about how much will this cost? Tell it what you have in mind, and it gives you a cost range from our own finished jobs, in today’s dollars.

It also shows projects we’ve built that are like yours, takes photos of your space, answers code and zoning questions, and speaks Spanish.

What the number is

The range is a ballpark, not a quote. A firm price comes after planning. Ben meets every client in person, and the first meeting is complimentary. Ask for one in the chat, and the office gets your notes and photos ahead of the visit.
