We value our relationships with our clients. Most of our clients re-hire us for subsequent work, and almost all of our clients find us through referrals from their friends and acquaintances.

Our employees have been with the company for many years and are happy, kind, and conscientious. They receive a living wage along with a tool stipend, vacation pay, yearly bonuses, and retirement matching.
SUSTAINABILITY
We are integrated with our surrounding region and community. We are committed to our local region and aim to do what we can to improve it. We do our best to keep items out of the landfill. We donate used fixtures, appliances, and building materials. We divert from waste streams by recycling metals, cardboard, oil, batteries, electronics, and paper. We also donate wood scraps that can be used for winter heating or home projects. We use low- and zero-VOC products, GreenGuard certified products, WaterSense products, and EnergyStar products. We source locally whenever possible. We build durable and efficient homes to reduce energy consumption and lifecycle costs.
PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS
We are a member of the Southern Oregon Builders Association, Oregon Homebuilders Association, and National Association of Homebuilders. We received the Ashland Historic Preservation Award in 2015 for the Most Historically Compatible Addition.
