This chat is an AI assistant for Ben The Builder Inc. Your messages and photos are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, only to write the answers.
If you ask for a meeting, your name, contact details and project notes go to BTB's office.
We keep conversations for 30 days to improve answers, with names, phone numbers, emails and addresses removed. Then they are deleted.
If you give your address and say yes, the chat checks it against Jackson County and City of Ashland public records. We keep your address only with a meeting request to BTB's office.
If you save a summary, a copy with your address and contact details removed is kept with the conversation for 30 days. Then it is deleted.
Photos you upload are kept only if you ask for a meeting, so Ben can see them before the visit. Otherwise they are deleted within 2 hours.
