“We had to remove and replace an old hot water heater that was originally installed into a closet with framing that was too small for the size of the heater. Ben and his team had to remove the door and framing, enlarge the aperture and heater space, drywall and paint the new space, subcontract to a reputable plumber to replace the heater and plumbing, then install a new door and frame and finish the job to blend with the rest of the room. His work was completely professional. His lead carpenter (John) kept us informed throughout the process and kept the job on time and budget. What was most appreciated was the frequent communications as this work was being done over a month-long period when we were away from the home, and trusting the team was critical. We could not be more pleased with the effort. Seamless. On time. On budget. I’d recommed Ben and his team for any construction project in your future!”

 “We had Ben the Builder organize and complete significant work on our crawlspace, foundation, electrical infrastructure, ducts, drywall, outside siding, plumbing, and drainage. We found them to be friendly, professional, punctual, thorough, and also found that they repeatedly checked with us about the work (making sure they had met/exceeded our expectations). We also found them easy to communicate with, receptive to feedback, and concerned with producing high quality results. During the course of the work, we were forced to add a few parts to the original plan (replacing the wiring was something that was discovered as the foundation and crawlspace were being worked on), and Ben (the owner) was very flexible and easy to work with as we modified our plans. He was also very transparent with the pricing. We will absolutely hire Ben and his team again for future work on our house.”

 “Ben is FABULOUS!! I am an Ashland homeowner who resides on the east coast — so finding a quality contractor was that much more challenging.
