In 2020 we remodeled a kitchen with custom maple cabinetry, granite countertops, and a tiled backsplash. The cabinets feature large deep drawers, a garbage and recycling pullout, a spice pullout, and tray dividers above the fridge. The subway-tiled backsplash adds cleanability and a modern look to the open concept home.
In 2022 we completed a detached garage and shop for a local woodworker. The shop contains state of the art ventilation and climate control, allowing for use during all seasons.
In 2022 we completed a new home with detached garage and ARU. The original home was in a historic district and we developed a design that was approved by the historic commission to fit well in the historic neighborhood. The finished home and ARU included custom cabinetry and granite countertops.
In 2022-2023 we remodeled a bathroom and bedroom and added a deck to a newer home. Custom cabinetry and tile in the bathroom, new carpet and flooring in the bedrooms, tiled around the existing fireplace with custom mantle, and a new deck off of the primary bedroom were a welcome upgrade that added charm, value, and function to the client’s home. In 2023, we returned to complete a full kitchen remodel with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a custom designed dog watering station for the pups.
In 2023 we completed a full remodel of a historic bungalow. The original home was built in 1919 and needed extensive work. We redesigned the kitchen and bathrooms with custom cabinetry, moved some walls, and created a beautiful and functional home with modern amenities while maintaining vintage charm.
In 2022 we designed and built an excellent, highly efficient custom new home with a detached garage and studio. This bungalow features custom oak cabinetry, eco conscious flooring, quartz countertops, and a lovely deck out the back door. The detached one-car garage features a carport with storage, and a studio space with bathroom above the garage. This home was built with energy efficiency and eco conscious selections in mind at every turn.
In 2023 we designed and built a beautiful home that exceeds Oregon Residential Reach Code, reaching an excellent Energy Performance Score by the Energy Trust. The house was built with aging in place in mind, with barrier-free doorways, wheelchair accessibility at each sink, and an accessible downstairs bathroom. The kitchen features custom maple cabinetry that includes a spice pullout, garbage and recycling pullouts, full-height pantry cabinets, and granite countertops. The floors are mineral-based PVC-free plank, and the home is all-electric and solar ready.

The house was custom-designed to maximize available space and ensure perfect views of the hills. The kitchen and bathrooms feature custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The deep eaves provide shade in the summertime and create outdoor spaces that act as an extension of the indoors.
