HERSEY STREET
In 2019 the main floor of the townhouse was remodeled. The kitchen was reconfigured and two sets of triple-sliding pocket doors were installed to separate the office at the front of the space from the kitchen, and to separate the living room at the back of the space from the kitchen. Maple custom kitchen cabinets with multiple pull-outs, sliding shelves, and Carrara quartz countertops were installed. Smaller scale appliances featuring an induction cooktop and a full-height narrow refrigerator were installed. Custom fir pocket doors with frosted glass were hung. Wide plank hickory flooring was installed. Recessed LED lights and under cabinet LED lights on dimmers were added.
A further phase of the work included rot repairs on the exteriors of all six of the townhouses in the association. New window trim was installed and flashed and waterproofed. Areas of siding were replaced and rot was repaired, roof flashing was added, and gutters were improved and repaired.
