In 2022, we designed and built a beautiful and efficient new home that exceeds the Oregon Residential Reach Code, tested with a blower door for an air-tight building envelope, and certified by the Energy Trust. The house was custom-designed to maximize available space and ensure perfect views of the hills. The kitchen and bathrooms feature custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The deep eaves provide shade in the summertime and create outdoor spaces that act as an extension of the indoors.
