In 2022 we completed an excellent and efficient new home that exceeds the Oregon Residential Reach Code, and was tested with a blower door for an air-tight building envelope. We designed the home with extensive client input to match their vision. The house is connected to the freestanding finished garage with a covered breezeway. The living room and the main bedroom have vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has custom cabinets with laminate countertops.
