In 2022, we designed and built a custom, efficient new home that exceeds the Oregon Residential Reach Code, tested with a blower door for an air-tight building envelope, and certified by the Energy Trust. This home includes beautiful custom hickory cabinetry throughout, granite countertops, and stone backsplash in the kitchen. Deep, covered front and back porches add additional outdoor living space.
