Phoenix Grange

In 2015 we repaired and repainted the exterior of the most prominent historic building in Phoenix. We worked with the Phoenix Urban Renewal Agency, historic preservation consultants, and historic preservation specialists as well as state inspectors and city officials to remove lead paint and repair the windows and siding. We re-painted the building using historically similar colors, and installed drains, flashing, and gutters.
