In 2023 we designed and built a beautiful home that exceeds Oregon Residential Reach Code, reaching an excellent Energy Performance Score by the Energy Trust. The house was built with aging in place in mind, with barrier-free doorways, wheelchair accessibility at each sink, and an accessible downstairs bathroom. The kitchen features custom maple cabinetry that includes a spice pullout, garbage and recycling pullouts, full-height pantry cabinets, and granite countertops. The floors are mineral-based PVC-free plank, and the home is all-electric and solar ready.
